General

"You", "Your" refers to You the customer/ user.

"We", "Us", "Our", "Tom Edwards Design" refers to Tom Edwards Design .

We will try to keep everything in this document as straightforward as possible, but if there’s anything You don’t understand, please get in touch with Us.

Online and Mobile Alerts/ Notifications

Electronic alerts/ notifications will be sent to the e-mail address You have provided when signing up. You may also choose to have alerts/ notifications sent to a mobile device that accepts text messages and devices compatible with push notifications. Because some alerts are not encrypted, they will not include personal information (such as Your full name, e-mail address ect.). Anyone with access to Your e-mail address or device may be able to view the content of these alerts/ notifications.

Your Sign In Information

Please let Us know if any of Your details change, particularly Your e-mail address and mobile phone number. If You do not do this, We may not be able to deliver alerts/ notifications to You. We will send all further alerts/ notifications using the new information You provided.

Our Website also detects hacking and snooping attempts, should this be detected Your Internet Protocol will be denied access to Our Website.
